Wade H. Chessman, CFP®
Wade has been assisting people with protecting, preserving, accumulating, and transferring wealth for the past fifteen years. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Wade has an extensive knowledge of financial planning issues, taxes, estate planning, investments, and risk management.
Wade specializes in serving people who are experiencing life-changing events such as retirement, change of employment, and business succession. Typically, this means people who, as a result of change, face significant financial decisions at a delicate time in their lives and want professional assistance. Wade has also dedicated much of his practice to helping women in transition due to death of a spouse or a divorce.
Wade received his undergraduate education at the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Wade is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.
He is a Certified Kingdom Advisor Member. Kingdom Advisors is an organization of Christian financial advisors dedicated to Christian financial management services. Kingdom Advisors was founded to expand the understanding of biblical financial principles and how to implement them in the lives those who want above all else to honor God with their resources.
Wade is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Wade is active in supporting his local community. He is involved with the East Dallas Exchange Club, which assists underprivileged children in the Dallas area. He also participates in the financial ministry at his church. He and his wife, Dianna, enjoy spending time with their two daughters.
Sean Phillips, CFP®
Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Chessman Wealth Strategies. He started his career in financial services with UBS. He then worked for a leading financial planning firm before moving to 1st Global as an insurance planning specialist.
Sean is a member of Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor Group℠, an exclusive organization of financial advisors who are dedicated to being leaders in the IRA industry.
As an Ed Slott Elite IRA Advisor, Sean proves to be an advisor with the specialized knowledge to navigate an increasingly more complicated tax environment.
Sean is also a Certified Kingdom Advisor Member.
Sean participates in the financial ministry at his church where he facilitates Financial Peace University. Outside of Chessman Wealth Strategies Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Cherie and their two daughters and son.
Dudley Simms, CFA, CFP®
Dudley began his career in financial services in 1998 when he joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant. There he formulated and implemented planning strategies to help individuals reach their financial goals. Dudley then transitioned into money management in the role of Portfolio Specialist with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
After years of study and extensive testing, Dudley was awarded the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst®. Dudley also worked at JPMorgan Private Clients Services helping run the Dallas office as Administrative Officer.
Dudley graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters of Theology with an emphasis in church history. He spent his undergraduate years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduating with a bachelor of arts majoring in psychology.
Dudley enjoys spending time with wife, Aimee, and their four active sons and time serving at his church.
Linda S. Wiltz
As Office Manager, Linda is available to answer and assist clients with any service issues that may arise. She is excited to do her part to provide our clients “Four Seasons service with FedEx Efficiency”.
Linda has been with Chessman Wealth Strategies since 2008. Her previous experience as an investment consultant in a financial services firm, estate planning attorney assistant and office manager, gives her the skills and experience she needs to manage our office. Linda assists with questions related to administrative office communications, your checks for deposit and requests for withdrawals and paperwork related to your accounts.
Linda graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. Over the years she has worked in major banking institutions, the airline industry, in the church community and public school administration. She now enjoys spending time with her two grown children, family and friends.
Pam Neville joined Chessman Wealth Strategies in 2010 and is our warm and congenial “Director of First Impressions”. She will be the team member most likely to be the first person to greet you with a friendly hello and warm smile when you call into our office or stop by to visit.
Her previous 20 year role as Director of Admissions for a private school has given her the experience to be a perfect fit to our Team as she helps to schedule your appointments, put you in the right hands for getting your questions answered, process paperwork and plan our Client Events. In her leisure time, Pam enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jack, two married children, grandchildren, and large extended family.
Sharon Ward, Operations Associate, joined Chessman Wealth Strategies in November 2012. Sharon plays a critical role in the back-office operations of Chessman Wealth. With responsibility for helping with our day to day back-office details, Sharon helps ensure our clients have all their operational needs met.
Sharon graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She joined us with more than 10 years of administrative assistance experience encompassing accounting and financial services support, as well as event planning and general administrative support. She is a self-starter, highly organized, detailed oriented and multi-tasking individual. Sharon has been an active leader of the Boy Scouts of America assisting numerous young men in achieving their Eagle Scout rank. She and her husband, Martin along with their two adult children stay busy with their varied interests and hobbies. Sharon is a tremendous asset to our Team.
