Owen is a graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he received degrees in Financial Planning and Economics. In the past, he has worked as a Financial Planning Analyst, with many of the same responsibilities as his current role.

Above all, Owen is a follower of Christ. He enjoys serving his community and spending quality time with friends and family. He also enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, golfing, and fishing.
